NewBe an early applicantThe Associate Manager – SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions for Bristlecone’s clients. Reporting to the SAP Planning – Delivery leadership, you will collaborate with sales, delivery, and consulting teams to grow the IBP services portfolio, mentor junior consultants, and develop reusable assets and accelerators. The role demands hands‑on expertise in supply‑chain planning, a strong grasp of the SCOR model, and proven success in at least two full‑cycle IBP implementations.
- Design and architect end‑to‑end SAP IBP solutions tailored to client business requirements.
- Lead and execute a minimum of two full‑cycle IBP implementations (excluding roll‑outs).
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to identify and grow IBP service opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior IBP consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain reusable IBP assets, accelerators, and best‑practice templates.
- Provide thought leadership on supply‑chain planning processes and the SCOR model across engagements.
- Assist clients in change management, data migration, and post‑go‑live support for IBP solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in SAP IBP, SAP APO, and emerging planning technologies.
- Represent Bristlecone at industry forums, webinars, and client workshops to showcase IBP capabilities.
- Graduate degree in Engineering; MBA, MTech, or MS in Operations Management/SCM preferred.
- 10+ years of supply‑chain planning experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to SAP IBP.
- Proven track record of delivering at least two end‑to‑end SAP IBP implementations.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP APO or other advanced planning solutions is a plus.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and the SCOR model.
- Industry expertise in at least two sectors (e.g., CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client and internal audiences.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required (up to 30% of time).
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities within a consulting environment.
