Associate Order Manager

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required
• 1+ years of supply chain and/or customer facing experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments
• Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWT's Core Values.
• Travel between our Maryland Heights, MO and Edwardsville, IL locations

• Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and there may also be opportunities for overtime and periodic domestic/international travel (up to 10%)
• This role will be expected to work in an open-office environment with desk

Work is accomplished with moderate supervision. Follows established and detailed directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.

Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $47,960- $59,950.. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
