Associate Process Manager
1. Travel desk Operations
- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees
- Book flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and local transportation
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best options
- Share travel itineraries and travel‑related information with employees
- Handle last‑minute travel changes and cancellations
- Support employees with travel‑related queries and issues
- Maintain travel records and cost details
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on visa requirements and changes in immigration policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa centers (VFS, BLS, etc.).
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws, company policies, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with changing visa regulations across key countries.
- Conduct quality audits and process checks to maintain accuracy.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and implement automation or efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and knowledge repositories.
- Monitor KPIs such as TAT, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and rejection rates.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in Travel desk.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workflow tools.
