Associate Product Manager - (ESG)

We are looking for an Product Manager/ESG Analyst who can bridge data, sustainability, and business decision-making.

This role is not limited to reporting — you will:

• Build carbon measurement systems (MRV)
  

• Analyse fleet, energy, and operational datasets
  

• Generate actionable insights for EV transition
  

• Support enterprise ESG reporting and compliance frameworks
  

You will work closely with product, data, fleet operations, and enterprise clients to make ESG measurable, reliable, and decision-ready.

What You’ll Work On

• Carbon emissions tracking across ICE → EV transitions
  

• Fleet-level analytics (utilisation, distance, energy consumption)
  

• Charging data (kWh usage, efficiency, cost optimisation)
  

• ESG dashboards for enterprises and internal teams
  

• Transition modelling (cost vs carbon vs operations)
  

• Reporting aligned to frameworks (GRI, BRSR, CSRD, TCFD)

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in ESG, sustainability analytics, or data analysis
  

• Strong understanding of:
  

• Carbon accounting basics (Scopes 1, 2, 3)
  

• Emission factors and calculation methods
  

• Experience working with data-heavy systems
  

• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets mandatory)
  

• Ability to interpret operational datasets and convert into insights
  

• Understanding of logistics, mobility, or energy systems (preferred)
  

• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to EV ecosystem / fleet management
  
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker
  
• Basic SQL knowledge
  
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks:
  

• GRI, BRSR, CSRD, TCFD
  

• Experience working with enterprise clients or audits
