The Role
As our new Associate Project Manager (Jr), you will support the delivery of IT projects and help keep activities, timelines, and stakeholders aligned. While supporting Project Managers, you will coordinate teams, maintain project documentation, and track progress against key milestones. You will also contribute to customer satisfaction, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate project activities across internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure project progress remains on schedule
Support project governance by monitoring risks, issues, change requests, and escalation items
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Help manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and administration activities
