Key Responsibilities- Procurement Operations: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on supplier invoices.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, and support sourcing activities.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support: Assist customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders with procurement-related requests.
- Compliance & Process Execution: Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Performance & Improvement: Support SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction tracking while identifying process improvement opportunities
