Associate, Technology Field Services Openings & Growth Delivery – Asia Pacific (APACx)
The Associate, Technology Field Services Openings & Growth Delivery – Asia Pacific (APACx) supports the successful delivery of hotel openings and functional initiatives across the APAC opening estate. The role helps strengthen readiness, consistency and visibility across the opening journey for new managed, leased, and franchised hotels, while contributing to the smooth integration of new assets and initiatives into the APAC portfolio.
Working closely with the Director and Senior Manager, Technology Field Services Openings & Growth Delivery – APACx, as well as the Senior Director, Openings – APACx, the incumbent will partner with Operations, Owners, Development, Technical Services, Brand, and other corporate and regional teams to support coordinated, timely, and brand-aligned openings across the Hilton Family of Brands.
A key focus of the role is to build and deploy practical tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms that improve project coordination, stakeholder visibility, and execution discipline. As part of a cross-functional openings team, the incumbent will help support the delivery of hotel openings that are on time, on budget, and on brand.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Use an analytical mindset to understand Field Technology processes within the hotel openings model, identify opportunities to reduce manual work, and automate repeatable tasks so Project Managers can focus on quality interactions with hotel owners, General Managers, and other stakeholders
Build, refine and maintain automation tools, reporting models, dashboards, templates, checklist rollups, handover documents, reporting packs, and control checks that provide consistent visibility across project milestones, risks, readiness status, and post-opening stabilisation progress, recurring issues, and improvement actions
Analyse hotel opening scores, readiness outcomes, and recurring project issues to identify common gaps, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement across the openings process
Coordinate and process vendor contracts, technology agreements, hardware purchase requirements, Openings Authorisation documentation, approvals, and related controls to ensure key requirements are captured, tracked, and compliant throughout each project
How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with Project Managers, Operations, Owners, General Managers, Development, Technical Services, Brand, vendors, and corporate or regional teams to support clear, timely, and consistent opening readiness updates
Support General Manager kick-offs, owner introductions, readiness reviews, and Team Member meetings by providing clear technology readiness expectations, accurate dashboards, checklist status, automated reporting, documented next steps, and follow-up actions
Work closely with the wider Openings team to improve automation, reporting quality, stakeholder visibility, process adherence, issue resolution, consistent openings delivery standards, and end-to-end openings governance
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Automated openings tools and reporting outputs, including TOD Tracker updates, exception reporting, Openings Dashboards, post-Opening and trading dashboards, checklist rollups, templates, handover documents, and reporting packs
Process and governance documentation, including standard operating procedures, best practices, reusable process guidance, Openings Authorisation records, approvals, and control checks that support consistent quality and compliance across opening projects
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, BA/BS, or equivalent qualification
Four years of comparable work experience
Two years of experience creating, handling, and working with complex analytical data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Ability to manage a varied workload across responsibilities and levels of complexity
Detail-oriented, confident problem-solver with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Proven ability to engage, communicate with, and influence multiple senior leaders
Experience working across diverse and international geographies
