Focus on delivering action-oriented insights through custom quantitative market research • Concentration in pharma / biotech / healthcare industry

Role & Key Responsibilities:

Lead offshore brainstorming sessions, design end-to-end analytical methodologies, and drive strategic solutions for global pharma clients.

Analyze complex healthcare datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, EMR, APLD) using statistical modeling and Machine Learning.

Communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders and mentor junior analysts on project delivery.

Build custom dashboards, define platform architectures, and present management consulting reports.

Technical & Functional Skillsets:

Core Analytics & ML: Python, Advanced SQL, SAS, Dataiku, Machine Learning, Advanced Statistics.

Pharma Datasets: IQVIA, Symphony Health, APLD, EMR, Commercial Analytics.

Visualization & Cloud Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake.

Domain Experience: 5- 10 years in Analytics Delivery & Management Consulting in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare verticle.

Mandatory Screening Criteria:

Education: Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech). Postgraduate degree (MBA) is an added advantage.

Academic Cutoff: 70% and above in both 10th & 12th standards (Mandatory).

Location: Must be based in Chennai or strictly open to relocating to Chennai.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
