Team Overview
As the Audience Growth Program Manager at ADF, you'll report to the Director of Audience Growth, owning audience growth programs that raise awareness of ADF, engage potential donors, and inspire them to make their first gift. From managing brand and media-buy contracts through legal review to translating campaign learnings into sharper audience strategy, you'll turn data into action and strategy into results. You'll partner closely with project managers, vendors, and agencies to drive plans across the finish line, write marketing briefs that keep internal teams and external partners aligned, and help ensure program budgets and results are tracked with precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide brand and media-buy contracts through legal review and approval, collaborating with the marketing team to keep tracking terms, timelines, and deliverables on schedule.
- Turn campaign testing and learnings into sharper audience growth and content strategy, translating campaign results into concrete improvements for future content and targeting.
- Analyze campaign and audience data to spot trends and deliver optimization recommendations that boost donor acquisition and engagement across conventional channels and sponsored marketing events.
- Organize, edit, and, when needed, write clear, compelling marketing briefs that align internal teams and external partners around campaign objectives, audience, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with the Audience Growth team, project managers, Marketing Operations, and Data teams to drive audience growth strategy plans forward, keeping deliverables, dependencies, and timelines on track, while ensuring accurate, timely campaign and program reporting.
- Build and support strong vendor and agency relationships.
- Establish and manage delivery schedules for ads, mail, and other campaign content across internal teams and outside partners.
- Track campaign costs against budget and reconcile spend to keep programs on target.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of comparable marketing, agency, or program management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contractors or marketing agencies, including establishing contracts approved by legal.
- Experience writing and organizing clear, compelling marketing briefs.
- Experience using campaign and audience data to make optimization recommendations.
- Strong organizational and program-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent strategy plans and campaigns.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with project managers, marketing operations, and data teams to deliver results.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, connected television, and/or direct mail production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Google Analytics
