Audiobook Specialists

You will edit and polish AI-generated audiobook narrations to create natural flow and consistency. You will ensure that character voices, tone, and pacing reflect the author’s intent, cast and direct voices to suit each book’s style, and collaborate on mastering and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Edit and polish AI-generated audiobook narrations for natural flow and consistency
• Ensure character voices, tone, and pacing align with the author’s intent
• Cast and direct voices to match the style of each book
• Collaborate with audio engineering and mixing teams on mastering and post-production

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in English and/or other supported languages
• Prior experience in audiobook narration, production, or editing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to audio and linguistic accuracy
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
• Proficiency in audiobook post-processing and editing, including industry specifications, mastering, and a DAW such as Pro Tools, Audition, or Reaper
