Audit Executive-SUPPORT SERVICES-Internal Audit
The Audit Executive role is integral to the Internal Audit function, ensuring adherence to methodologies, regulations, and professional standards. The successful candidate will drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance, reporting to key stakeholders. This role is critical in maintaining the bank's integrity and compliance with banking regulations.
- Conduct quality reviews of audit engagements, reports, and working papers to ensure compliance with audit methodology and professional standards.
- Assess and monitor the adequacy, consistency, and completeness of audit documentation and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions, inspections, and information requests, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments and align Internal Audit policies and methodologies with applicable requirements.
- Maintain regulatory records and provide periodic updates to senior management, the Audit Committee, and the Board.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in audit processes, methodology, and documentation standards.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, returns, and information requests.
- Produce audit quality scores, assessment reports, and Internal Audit MIS dashboards.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and governance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit methodologies, IIA Standards, and banking regulations.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines, regulatory reporting, and governance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in report writing and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and audit management tools.
- Experience in the banking industry, with a focus on Internal Audit or regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
