Williams Auto Group is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our TEAM as an Auto Sales Representative. This Automotive Sales position plays a key role within our Dealership by helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their Automotive and vehicle shopping needs
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the Dealership lot
• Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up
• Guide customers through the Automotive Sales process from start to finish
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately
• Stay current on Automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale
• Support Dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced Automotive environment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a TEAM
• Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one
• Valid Driver’s License required
