Summary
Builds and maintains Python/SQL automations and API integrations connecting ERP, accounting, CRM, inventory, and ticketing systems, including Power Automate/Power Apps workflows and AI-assisted document processing. Hybrid nightshift role based in Bicutan, Taguig.
Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱95,000 per month
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4x a week onsite, 1x a week WFH)

Arbcentrix is looking for a hands-on Automation & Integration Developer to build and maintain solutions that connect business systems, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
This role requires strong, practical Python development experience, along with SQL, API integration, and business process automation. The ideal candidate can independently develop production-ready applications, integrate business systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and turn business requirements into reliable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain production-ready Python scripts and applications for business process automation, data processing, and system integration.
Build and maintain API integrations between ERP and other business systems.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
Develop automated workflows and internal applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Integrate ERP, accounting, CRM, inventory, ticketing, and other business systems.
Identify manual processes and develop automation solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Build AI-assisted automations for document processing, data classification, ticket triage, and reporting.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production automations and integrations.
Implement error handling, logging, alerts, and version control using Git.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Document workflows, data mappings, integrations, and technical processes.
Provide Level 2 support for developed automations and integrations.
What We’re Looking For
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Strong hands-on Python development experience: Must have independently developed and maintained production scripts or applications, preferably for business automation or system integration. Basic familiarity with Python or training-only experience is not sufficient.
Strong SQL proficiency: Must have written complex queries, joins, and stored procedures and worked directly with enterprise databases.
Proven API integration experience: Must have built working integrations connecting different applications, not merely tested APIs.
Business process automation experience: Must demonstrate completed projects that replaced or significantly improved manual workflows.
Other Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in software development, automation, system integration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience integrating ERP or other enterprise business systems.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with Sage or other ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Odoo.
Background in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, purchasing, order management, or supply chain operations.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar automation platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure, or Power BI.
Knowledge of data security, access controls, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 requirements.
Relevant Microsoft, Azure, SQL, or ERP certifications.
