Design and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost efficiency. Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate blueprints into robust digital solutions. Integrate CRM, Project Management, and Workspace systems for unified data flows. Support validation of technical projects ensuring security and privacy compliance. Maintain and update automations for long-term reliability. Stay updated on AI and digital tools, proposing new solutions. Proven experience designing and implementing automated business solutions. Deep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity. Strong analytical mindset for scalable digital workflows. Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions. Fluent in English (minimum B2). Equity in the company
