Automation Developer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Developer who will design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts, workflows, and frameworks.

• Identify opportunities to automate business and system processes.

• Integrate automation solutions with existing tools, databases, and applications.

• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automated solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, DevOps, QA, and IT support teams.

• Monitor automation performance and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations, or a related technical role.

• Experience with automation or low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, or UiPath.

• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, or C#.

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, and data transformation.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of IT service management, Agile/Scrum, or AI-enabled automation is an advantage.

• Willing to work the assigned shift and provide support during critical operational requirements.
