Automation Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, or automation engineering
- Experience with UiPath and/or Celonis
- Experience with AI-enabled workflow technologies or Agentic AI
- Familiarity with API integrations and workflow orchestration
- Experience working across Process, Data, and AI disciplines
- 3 years experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI would be advantageous
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field would be advantageous
- Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design future-state processes focused on efficiency, user experience, and risk
- Build workflow automation solutions using low-code, RPA, and AI-enabled technologies
- Support testing, deployment, and operational handover of automation solutions
- Work with automation tools including UiPath and Celonis
- Assess where Agentic AI can add value beyond traditional automation
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows with appropriate controls and governance
- Define KPIs and measures to track process improvement and benefits
