Automation Engineer(Experience in PLC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and commission Rockwell (and Siemens, where applicable) PLC systems in GMP-regulated environments.
- Develop automation solutions aligned with ISA-88 (S88) batch standards.
- Collaborate with teams to design hardware, write control strategies, and build Rockwell library elements.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for Rockwell PLCs, HMIs (FactoryTalk), and networked control systems.
- Support non-conformance (NC), CAPA, system validation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including operations, process, equipment vendors, and tech providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in automation roles, ideally within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
- Strong experience with Rockwell PLC systems
- Solid understanding of pharma processes, automation hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with SDLC, GMP, and pharma quality management.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and ability to work onsite or remotely.
