Job Summary

We are hiring a GoHighLevel Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize marketing and sales automation systems. This is a highly technical, client-facing role ideal for someone experienced in CRM automation, funnel building, and workflow optimization within GoHighLevel.

You’ll play a key role in improving lead conversion, automating outreach, and ensuring seamless customer journeys through data-driven automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
  • Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and pipelines
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.)
  • Set up and manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and segmentation
  • Automate email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns for inbound and outbound leads
  • Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth automation operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies
  • Document processes and create scalable automation frameworks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM automation platforms)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, and lead generation
  • Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
  • Familiarity with email/SMS marketing campaigns and automation logic
  • Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or SaaS environments
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or funnel customization
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or paid media workflows
