Automation Engineer - Influencers

You will build and maintain the automation layer for the influencer and creator marketing program. You will design workflows and integrations for creator discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, invoicing, and payments using no-code and low-code tools, custom code, APIs, SQL, and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build creator discovery automations
• Synchronize influencer profiles and contact details with the CRM
• Automate creator onboarding
• Generate contracts and route them for e-signature
• Trigger content reminders
• Track influencer content through APIs
• Aggregate social metrics into dashboards
• Generate performance reports
• Calculate campaign ROI
• Process creator invoices
• Send payment status alerts
• Maintain integrations and webhook triggers
• Monitor automation reliability and manage secrets
• Validate and troubleshoot data with SQL
• Document workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
