Right now, we
are looking for an Automation Engineer to integrate our Internal team.
Your
responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining a dedicated UiPath
tenant, ensuring all existing automations are operational, stable, and
aligned with agreed service standards.
- Developing new automation workflows to support
Service Desk operations, request fulfilment, and incident management
processes.
- Refactoring and optimising existing automations,
or re-platforming them into preferred development, orchestration, and
fulfilment tools where required.
- Collaborating with Service Desk agents, team
leaders, and ITSM stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and
reduce manual workload.
- Integrating automation solutions with ITSM
platforms (ServiceNow), Active Directory, and other operational tools used
within the service.
- Ensuring all automations include audit trails.
- Supporting continual service improvement
initiatives by documenting automation performance and contributing to
reporting packs.
- Maintaining knowledge articles and operational
documentation related to automation workflows.
You
must have:
- 3 years of professional experience in RPA
development and automation engineering
- Hands-on experience with UiPath (development,
orchestration, and maintenance)
- Proven experience integrating automation
solutions with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365,
and standard IT service management tooling
- Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly
Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Change Management
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
skills
- Ability to document processes and produce clear
technical and operational documentation
We
Value:
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other
workflow orchestration platforms
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.,
PowerShell, Python) for automation support
- Familiarity with Nexthink, Talkdesk, or similar
service desk tooling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and
Infrastructure as Code approaches
- ITIL Foundation
certification
