🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Automation Test Engineer (SDET) to build and scale our testing infrastructure across web, API, and mobile platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design automation strategies from scratch and ensure the reliability of systems that directly impact patient care.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Automation
- Design and implement end-to-end automation for web (React/TypeScript), APIs (Node.js), and mobile (Flutter)
- Build and maintain Playwright-based automation frameworks
- Develop API automation using Jest and performance testing using JMeter
- Create and maintain Flutter test suites (integration & widget testing)
Quality & Engineering Excellence
- Define test strategies, best practices, and documentation
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Improve test coverage and identify gaps proactively
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and production issues
Healthcare Domain Focus
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards
- Validate integrations with EHR systems (FHIR/HL7 standards)
- Test workflows like patient data handling, appointments, and clinical documentation
✅ Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET role
- Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience in API Testing (REST/GraphQL)
- Familiarity with Jest / JMeter
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks (POM, BDD, etc.)
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience in Healthcare / Fintech domain
- Knowledge of HIPAA / GDPR compliance
- Exposure to Flutter / Mobile automation
- Experience with visual testing tools (Percy, Chromatic)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Sentry)
