Job Description: Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
• Design and enhance automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and related technologies.
• Perform database validation, data verification, and backend testing using SQL.
• Leverage GenAI tools and techniques to accelerate test case generation, script development, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve test coverage and drive quality through continuous automation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands-on experience in automation framework development.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend testing.
• API testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using GenAI tools for testing and quality engineering.
• Banking domain experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
