Tulley is looking for an Entry-Level Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our dealership accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their accounting career and wants to learn the business from the ground up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle deals and bank paperwork promptly, ensuring compliance with all company policies and state regulations.
- Post new and used vehicle sales into our accounting system.
- Verify vehicle costs, gross profit, and commission payouts for Sales Associates.
- Monitor contract-in-transit (CIT) and manage incoming funds from financial institutions.
- Handle warranty cancellations and submissions.
- Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing activities.
