Automotive E/E System Engineer

EDAG Italia is seeking an Automotive E/E System Engineer to drive development of control units for Body & Comfort functions. You will define specifications, manage hardware/software interfaces and coordinate with validation, homologation, and supplier teams to meet project targets.
The role requires 2–3 years in automotive E/E, strong English and a proactive, cross-functional mindset. The position offers permanent, full-time work with flexible remote agreements.
Develop control units in Body & Comfort, from concept to market introduction. Define and maintain product specifications, hardware/software/diagnostics/vehicle functions. Collaborate with validation, homologation and project teams to meet requirements. Coordinate with customers and external suppliers for design, reviews and approvals. Manage project documentation and periodic stakeholder presentations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Informatics or related engineering. 2–3 years of experience in automotive electric/electronics systems. Experience in OEM or Tier 1 environments is preferred. Knowledge of automotive product development, vehicle architectures and bus systems. Strong English communication and ability to operate across functions.
