What You'll Do
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and communicate customer requests promptly.
- Identify customer needs and connect customers with the appropriate dealership resource.
- Page employees and relay messages accurately and efficiently.
- Support customer service and administrative activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and showroom.
- Follow established customer service, telephone, privacy, and confidentiality procedures.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, retail, automotive, or a related role.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Confidence learning new technology and dealership systems.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
