This is a career, not a job. As a Product Specialist at Lexus of Naperville, you'll operate with a consultative, guest-first approach that feels less like selling and more like hosting. You'll guide people through one of the most significant purchases of their lives and you'll be exceptional at it.
First-year earning potential: $60,000 – $120,000+, after that, unlimited earning potential! Top performers don't cap out. Bonuses and spiffs reward the relentless.

- Guide guests confidently through the purchase process from first handshake to final signature

- Are outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Have quality customer service skills
- Have a good sales track record
- Possess strong communication skills
- Are persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Focus on the customers’ needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Are computer literate and have basic math skills
- Have a Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual is a plus
