What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Allen Turner Genesis, you will help customers find the right vehicle while creating an exceptional buying experience. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Learning and maintaining expert knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, Genesis products, features, packages, and technology
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Working closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Performing other duties as assigned
