Automotive Sales Consultant

We are excited to invite an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is one where we truly want you to BE YOU! No automotive sales experience necessary. Automotive Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. The Sales Associate will ensure the customer receives all the information they are looking for, as well as presenting brand specific knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles while assisting in their buying decision. Utilize our CRM System to ensure timely, professional follow-up and to maintain strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long term customer relationships
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
• Overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with you every single day

• Eager to quickly learn product knowledge and continuously improve
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
