Automotive Sales Manager

We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager ready to step into a high-volume, high-opportunity environment with one of the Southeast’s most respected auto groups. If you can lead from the front, close deals, and drive gross and volume at a high level, this is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the sales floor with urgency, accountability, and results
• Close deals, desk customers, and maximize gross profit per unit
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Train and hold staff accountable to performance standards and manufacturer requirements
• Drive volume, CSI, and profitability across all sales operations
• Execute daily desking, deal structure, and pipeline management
