What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make while creating an outstanding buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and build lasting relationships
• Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features through walk-arounds and test drives
• Present financing, leasing, and protection options
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Build repeat and referral business
• Stay knowledgeable about Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and pre-owned inventory
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
