• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reports to: Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Help customers find new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Build relationships that support repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the CRM.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to support a smooth purchase experience.

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Confidence working with customers
• Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Interest in learning automotive products, technology, and sales processes.
• A follow-up and a team-focused approach.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
