Automotive Sales Team Lead / Finance Manager Trainee Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences

• Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits

• Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals

• Serve as a leader and mentor within the sales department, setting a positive example through professionalism and performance

• Participate in finance and leadership training designed to prepare you for advancement into a Finance Manager role

• Learn dealership finance products, lending processes, compliance requirements, and deal structure fundamentals

• Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and deliver an exceptional ownership experience

Automotive Sales Team Lead / Finance Manager Trainee Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance, experience, and advancement
