<Automotive>Senior digital designer and power architect

<About the team>
We are MediaTek's Low Power Team, defining the SoC power architecture and driving MediaTek’s position as the worldwide leader in low-power performance.

<What you will own>

• Define the power control architecture for Dimensity and Dimensity Auto products, and drive its evolution across product generations.
• Take power control IP end to end, from RTL design through SoC integration, on flagship smartphone and automotive silicon.
• Develop new power control technologies and methodologies, and lead the technical reviews that set the team's design quality standards.

• 4+ years of digital IC design experience, familiar with implementation flow.
• Familiar with SoC architecture, embedded processors and bus protocols (AMBA AXI / CHI, NoC).
• Able to independently own an IP from design through SoC integration, with technical review, cross-team communication.
• Experience with memory subsystem design (cache, DRAM controller). (nice-to-have)
• Experience with automotive electrical architecture (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). (nice-to-have)
• Project experience in embedded processor (DSP / MCU) system design. (nice-to-have)
• Proficient in UPF and multi-power-domain architecture planning, with hands-on CLP low power verification experience. (nice-to-have)
• Experience developing power models or pre-silicon power analysis methodologies. (nice-to-have)
• End-to-end experience in IP from pre-silicon design to post-silicon verification and debug. (nice-to-have)
