What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Allen Turner Hyundai, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You'll provide exceptional customer service by understanding each customer's vehicle needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues
• Recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
• Preparing accurate repair orders and providing clear estimates for services
• Communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
• Following up with customers throughout the repair process and after service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Working closely with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Performing other duties as assigned
