Description

CERTIFIED CJDR TECHS — WE HAVE TOO MUCH WORK!!! Moss Bros. CJDR

If you’re a Certified CJDR tech who’s tired of begging for hours… come where the work begs for YOU. Because right now, our shops look like Black Friday at Walmart — cars everywhere, advisors yelling “WE NEED A TECH!”, and master techs walking around like celebrities.

We’re a 4th‑generation, 100+ year family-owned dealership group, and yes… we’ve been here so long we remember when Jeeps had carburetors.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Top-of-market flat rate pay
  • Production bonuses (free money for doing what you already do)
  • Paid Mopar factory training
  • Medical, Dental, 401k
  • A shop culture where everyone knows your name, your skill, and your favorite energy drink

HOW THE PAY WORKS

  • $16.90/hour base pay for every hour you're on the clock
  • PLUS $38.00–$60.00 per flagged hour, based on your CJDR certifications and experience
  • The more you produce, the more you earn.
  • And we have the work to keep productive technicians TURNING HOURS.

Why Moss Bros.

We’re family-owned — not corporate. If you want to work somewhere where leadership actually knows who you are, this is it.

Why the Inland Empire

The I.E. is where you can have a backyard big enough for a smoker, a dog, and a project car.
