We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Laval, QC. As an Automotive Wholesale Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for sourcing, managing, and selling vehicle inventory across multiple channels including wholesale, retail, export, and auction platforms. This position requires strong market awareness, relationship management, and the ability to optimize sales performance and margins across a multi-location operation.

What you're responsible for:

  • Evaluating used vehicles based on year, make, model, mileage, condition, mechanical issues, market demand, and resale potential
  • Identifying and evaluating vehicle purchase and resale opportunities across multiple Kenny U-Pull locations
  • Determining appropriate sales channels for inventory, including wholesale, retail, export and auction
  • Negotiating vehicle purchases and sales with dealers, wholesalers, exporters, recyclers, and other professional automotive buyers
  • Building, maintaining, and growing a strong network of automotive buyers
  • Reviewing auction run lists, establishing appropriate pricing strategies, and executing sales through auction platforms
  • Buying, selling, and trading vehicle inventory and maximizing profitability and inventory turnover
  • Working with digital marketing team to increase exposure for vehicles advertised for sale
  • Tracking sales volume, margins, inventory aging, and other key performance indicators
  • Reporting sales results, opportunities, and market trends to the Car Sales Manager
  • Ensuring vehicle transactions comply with the applicable regulations and company policies

To join our team:

  • You have a minimum of two years' experience in automotive sales, wholesale, used vehicles, automotive auctions, remarketing, vehicle appraisal, or similar environment
  • You have strong knowledge of the used vehicle market, pricing trends, and resale channels
  • You have a valid OMVIC certification (preferred)
  • You are able to evaluate vehicle conditions and understand factors that affect wholesale and resale value
  • You are a hands-on worker with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • You are excellent in time management and able to manage multiple priorities
  • You are bilingual in French and English
