Summary
Conduct airside inspections and audits to ensure aviation safety and regulatory compliance, track findings, and work with ground handlers to drive operational excellence.
Assurance, Audits, Inspections & Enforcement
- Support the planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of assurance, audit, inspection, and enforcement activities.
- Conduct airside inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Track findings, corrective actions, and maintain audit records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Support quality assurance reviews of operational training and competency programmes.
Partner Engagement & Operational Excellence
- Work closely with ground handlers and service providers to drive compliance and operational performance.
- Facilitate performance reviews, corrective action follow-ups, and best-practice sharing using operational data and insights.
- Support capability-building initiatives, including training quality, audit readiness, and incident prevention.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, assurance, and continuous improvement across stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Business, Operations Management, Safety Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations assurance, audits, inspections, compliance, safety, or operational performance management. Experience in aviation, logistics, transport, or other operational environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of audit methodologies, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
