Summary

Coordinates aircraft cabin maintenance schedules, spares, and workflows across departments to meet flight deadlines, using Excel and engineering drawings.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To coordinate and expedite the flow of work and spares within or between departments of an establishment according to aircraft schedule.
  2. Support technical crew and liaise with specialized staff in various departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of planned tasks.
  3. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work and flight schedules.
  4. Conferring with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and completion dates.
  5. Compile reports on the progress of work and check inventory levels.
  6. Answer to customer queries.
  7. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Aerospace/Aviation/Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Fresh Diploma Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
  6. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
