Oversee loan and treasury operations for a bank, implementing new products, managing SWIFT transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of new market products, projects, and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Operations Procedure Manuals and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to Management, Head Office, and MAS
  • Perform internal control functions including policy updates, audit support, and BCP management
  • Prepare and verify SWIFT messages and manage the SWIFT system
  • Execute wholesale loan transactions (fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC)
  • Collaborate with Fund Finance, Compliance, Risk, and other internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in international banks, covering wholesale loan and treasury operations
  • Experience in fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and corporate loan products
  • Knowledge of Treasury products (FX/Money Market, Bonds, Derivatives) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of operations functions, processes, and controls
  • Proficiency in SWIFT system and various banking market systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
