《AWS》AI Product Solution Architect

此職位主要負責協助內部 Sales 團隊與客戶了解 Vendor 產品的應用方式、解決方案的架構設計，以及如何在企業環境中安全且有效地管理 AI 使用，核心工作聚焦於 technical discovery、solution architecture、產品技術專業與 governance。
Solution Architect 應深入了解 Vendor 的完整產品組合，包括 Enterprise SaaS、API、AI Models、Cloud deployment options、Identity Management、Security、Governance 以及 usage consumption 等面向。

Key Responsibilities / 核心工作內容

1. 使用者情境開發及解決方案架構 (Customer Use-Case Discovery and Solution Architecture)
2. AI 產品的企業等級管理架構建立 (使用者權限、成本預算控制、在地法規合規等)(Enterprise AI Governance: IAM, Cost/Token Control, Compliance)
3. 售前技術支援及內部產品技術訓練 (Pre-Sales Technical Support & Enablement)
4. AI 相關技術開發 L200 (AI DevOps / Technical Development L200)

Required Experience / 經驗條件

1. 具備 5 年以上 Solution Architecture、Cloud Architecture、Enterprise Architecture、Security Architecture、AI/ML 或其他相關技術職務經驗。
2. 深入了解 Enterprise Cloud Environment。
3. 具備 API 與 Application Integration 經驗。
4. 具備 Generative AI 與 LLM-based solutions 及開發相關產品原型的實務知識。
5. 深入了解 Enterprise Identity & Access Management（IAM）。
6. 具備 Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory、Google Identity Services、AWS IAM 或同等平台的相關經驗。
7. 了解 Enterprise Security 與 Governance。
