AWS DevOps Engineer (Linux)
Summary
DevOps engineer joining an existing Toolchain team to handle BAU activities and major migration projects: designing production architectures, automating configuration and deployments, and running CI/CD. Daily work centers on Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus, Xray, SonarQube and Fortify, with applications hosted on IBM cloud.
6+ years Key responsibilities : - Design and implement production architectures for new projects - Implement configuration tools and automate them to simplify the update and deployment process on the entire platform - Design and implement scripts for DEV requirements, as support for OPS engineers assigned to Agile projects - Manage production environment capacity, and anticipate changes (capacity planning); - Manage infrastructure upgrades and impact management - Implement DevOps best practices and continuous integration Installation, configuration, and various settings - Update the Production Services backlog (CI/CD, Continuous Operation, Time2fix, etc.) in addition to the information collected from the OPS Engineers
Mission: Join the existing Toolchain team under the supervision of the team leader. Performance of BAU activities within the team and act as a key player in the ongoing major migration projects.
Technologies used are Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus, Xray, Sonarqube, Fortify.
All applications are hosted in a cloud environment IBM based.
