Job Title: Azure Cloud Operations Engineer L3

Overview

We are seeking experienced Cloud Operations Engineer L3 to support and operate Client’s Azure environment while contributing to ongoing cloud migration initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Azure operations, production support, automation, and migration activities rather than architecture or transformation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure infrastructure including Compute, Networking, Security, and Storage.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Support Azure DevOps pipelines, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
• Assist with migration of workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python scripting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure services.
• Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management experience.
• Cloud operations and production support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly Desirable

• Azure migration project experience.
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python).
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) support experience.
• Experience supporting internal or managed service customers.

Nice to Have

• Azure Landing Zones, Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework.
• Azure Web Application Firewall(WAF), Private Networking, and Private DNS Resolver.
• RBAC, Azure Policy, and governance controls.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering tools.
