We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AWS + MySQL Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cloud-based application development, database management, and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with AWS services, MySQL databases, and modern software development practices to build, optimize, and maintain scalable applications.
The candidate will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Work with core AWS services such as:
- EC2
- RDS
- S3
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- CloudWatch
- IAM
- VPC
- Route 53
- SNS/SQS
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
- Implement AWS security best practices and access controls.
- Assist in infrastructure automation and deployment activities.
Database Development (MySQL)
- Design and maintain MySQL database schemas.
- Write complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Optimize database performance and query execution.
- Perform database tuning, indexing, backup, and recovery activities.
- Ensure database integrity, security, and high availability.
Application Development
- Develop and enhance backend services and APIs.
- Integrate applications with AWS cloud services.
- Troubleshoot application and database-related issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Participate in release management activities.
- Work with version control systems like Git.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for infrastructure and deployment improvements.
