Ontario region pay information
The salary range for this position in Ontario is $80,000 to $120,000. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills and competencies, and unique qualifications.

Your role, your impact
As an Azure Cloud & DevOps Consultant, you’ll support the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions within a complex banking environment. You’ll work closely with development teams to build scalable Azure platforms, automate deployments, and troubleshoot production issues across cloud and containerized environments.
Your day-to-day
Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Classic and YAML);
Manage build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments;
Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform and Bicep;
Support Azure services including App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, API Management, Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Storage Accounts;
Configure and maintain Azure DevOps agent pools across Windows, Linux, and containerized environments;
Deploy and support Windows and Linux container workloads in Azure;
Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis;
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable cloud solutions.
Keys to your success
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
3+ years of hands-on experience working in Azure Cloud and DevOps environments;
Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Azure cloud services in enterprise production environments;
Experience supporting both Windows and Linux server environments, including Windows and Linux containerized workloads deployed on Azure cloud services;
Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD implementation, YAML pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, release management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform;
Experience with Azure services such as compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and security resources;
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages;
Knowledge of Azure Governance, Azure Security, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and cloud operational best practices;
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Extra edge
Microsoft Azure certifications;
Experience implementing multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud infrastructure solutions, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks for AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud platforms;
Experience supporting enterprise shared platforms, developer enablement services, SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, and regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
