Azure Senior Full Stack Developer
Summary
Senior full-stack developer building Azure cloud-native solutions for customer projects at a Microsoft-focused consultancy. Day-to-day: C#/.NET back ends, Blazor or React front ends, REST APIs and microservices, Azure App Services/Functions, SQL Server or Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps CI/CD, while mentoring junior developers.
Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience developing Azure cloud-native applications
- Strong C# / .NET development experience
- Experience with Blazor or React
- Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Functions and Logic Apps
- Experience developing REST APIs / WebAPI
- Good experience with SQL Server and/or Cosmos DB
- Strong understanding of microservices, dependency injection and design patterns
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Previous experience mentoring less experienced developers
- UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain it
- Bicep or Terraform would be beneficial
- Docker / Kubernetes / AKS would be beneficial
- xUnit / NUnit / Moq would be beneficial
- .NET MAUI would be beneficial
- GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling would be beneficial
- AZ-900 and/or AZ-204 would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing Azure cloud-native applications
- Building modern front ends using Blazor or React
- Developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices
- Working with customers to understand requirements and business processes
- Contributing to technical design, estimation and documentation
- Mentoring and supporting junior developers
- Working within Agile delivery environments
