B2B Sales Executive
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is a growing company with a strong inbound lead pipeline and a focus on delivering a responsive, relationship-driven sales experience. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage qualified inbound opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
Role Overview
The B2B Sales Executive will manage and convert a high volume of inbound sales opportunities from initial contact through close. This is a highly customer-facing role focused on responding quickly to incoming leads, understanding customer needs, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining consistent follow-up, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process.
This is not a cold-calling role. The company already generates a strong flow of inbound leads, so the primary focus is on speed-to-lead, relationship building, pipeline management, consistent follow-through, and closing qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate has experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline, can build rapport quickly with customers, and is highly organized when managing multiple active opportunities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
Respond to and manage a high volume of inbound sales leads across phone, email, and text.
Prioritize new opportunities to maintain strong speed-to-lead.
Build rapport with prospects and understand their requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain consistent communication with qualified prospects throughout the sales process.
Work independently and take ownership of the assigned inbound pipeline.
Quotes & Sales Process
Prepare and manage quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
Guide prospects through the purchasing process from initial inquiry through close.
Answer customer questions and provide relevant information throughout the buying process.
Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow-Up, Objection Handling & Closing
Follow up consistently with active prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
Use strong relationship-building skills to maintain prospect engagement.
Negotiate with qualified prospects and guide opportunities toward a purchasing decision.
Convert qualified inbound opportunities into closed business.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity information within the CRM.
Manage a large number of active opportunities without losing track of follow-ups or next steps.
Prioritize opportunities based on customer needs, timelines, and sales potential.
Keep pipeline information organized and current.
Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Sales Process Improvement
Monitor sales activity and conversion performance.
Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and increase conversion rates.
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across customer interactions and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of B2B sales or Account Executive experience.
Previous experience in a highly customer-facing sales role.
Proven experience managing inbound leads and converting qualified opportunities into customers.
Experience managing a large sales pipeline through a CRM.
Experience managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment is preferred.
Experience selling custom products, promotional products, printing, apparel, branded merchandise, or similar products is preferred.
Experience selling to U.S.-based customers is preferred.
