B2B Sales Manager β Latin America (Spanish & English)
πΉ About the role
As a B2B Sales Manager for Latin America, you will be responsible for developing our commercial presence across the region and building a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and collaborate with the Marketing team. As this is a new regional direction, you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape and improve the sales process.
πΊ What you will do
β’ Identify potential clients and conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and phone.
β’ Qualify leads and reach key decision-makers.
β’ Conduct discovery calls and present our solutions.
β’ Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.
β’ Support clients through onboarding and launch.
β’ Build relationships with local distributors, agents and strategic partners.
β’ Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM and track opportunities.
β’ Research local markets, competitors and new business opportunities.
π― How success will be measured
Success will be measured by the quality of the sales pipeline, qualified opportunities generated, new clients successfully launched, and the growth of active business in the region.
π Growth opportunity
As the business expands, this role can evolve into a broader regional leadership position, with the opportunity to help build and later manage a local sales team.
πΉ Professional background
You should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, technology, or another complex product environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing a full sales cycle and developing new business rather than only working with inbound leads.
πΉ Outbound sales experience
You should have hands-on experience with cold outreach and lead generation. A significant part of the role involves proactively reaching potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone, so confidence in starting conversations with new prospects is essential.
πΉ LinkedIn & sales tools
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is important because it is one of our key tools for identifying decision-makers and developing new business in the region. You should also be comfortable working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
πΉ Languages
You need Spanish at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written, as most client communication in the region will be conducted in Spanish.
You also need English at C1 level or higher for internal communication with our international team, reporting, meetings, and company documentation.
πΉ Communication & negotiation
You should be comfortable conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating with business owners and decision-makers. The role requires clear communication and the ability to understand the clientβs real business needs.
πΉ Working style
We value people who are proactive, independent and commercially minded. Since you will be developing a new region, you should be comfortable organising your own work, testing different approaches, analysing results, and adjusting your strategy without constant supervision.
Experience working with international markets, developing new regions, or building partnerships with distributors and agents will be a strong advantage.
π° Compensation & bonuses
Competitive fixed salary plus a progressive commission of up to 10% of profit from your own clients, with no commission cap.
π 100% remote
Work remotely from Latin America with a flexible schedule adapted to regional client activity.
π Growth opportunity
Help build the Latin American market from the ground up, with potential to grow into a regional leadership role.
π€ International team
Work directly with the Head of Sales and collaborate with colleagues from 15+ countries.
βοΈ Industry events
The company may cover business travel and participation in relevant exhibitions and conferences.
π Tools provided
CRM, sales tools, contact base, and other resources are provided by the company.
