The Role
As the B2C Sales Team Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of our Membership Consultant team while carrying your own sales targets. You will provide coaching, sales leadership, and structure to drive team effectiveness, improve conversion outcomes, and support business growth.

- Lead the day-to-day performance, engagement, and development of the B2C Membership Consultant team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants through regular sales observations, deal reviews, role plays, and performance coaching to improve conversion rates, sales capability, and consistency.
- Drive sales discipline across the team by establishing clear operating rhythms, performance expectations, pipeline management practices, and accountability measures.
- Own and continuously improve the team's sales processes, consultation framework, lead management approach, and conversion strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
- Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to improve overall team conversion performance, with a shared focus on achieving target conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify coaching opportunities, and implement action plans to improve productivity, conversion effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Support and maintain MORROW's 7-day sales coverage model, ensuring effective deployment of senior/junior pairings and adequate operational coverage across the sales team.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new Membership Consultants to accelerate ramp-up and performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture aligned with MORROW's mission and standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2C, consultative, or relationship-based sales.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal sales targets while managing team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales decisions.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience within healthcare, wellness, fitness, hospitality, luxury, premium services, or lifestyle industries will be an advantage.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life.
