Back-end Developer

Lottomatica, a leader in regulated gaming in Italy, seeks a Backend Developer with statistical expertise to join the Technology and Operations Department. You will develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core and C#, design microservices, and manage data across SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.

You will also contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and documentation, while leveraging AI tools.

Backend Development: contribute to development, maintenance, and enhancement of backend applications using .NET Core and C#. Software Architecture: support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. Data Management: interact with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) following team practices. CI/CD & DevOps: participate in pipelines, builds, and deployments. Code Quality & Version Control: use Git/GitLab, manage merge requests, follow branching strategy. AI Tooling: leverage AI tools to support development, debugging, documentation, and testing. Knowledge of C# and .NET 6 (or later). Understanding of RESTful API development. Familiarity with relational databases, SQL Server. Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows. Good working knowledge of Visual Studio.
