Summary
OSF Digital is hiring a Back-End Developer in India focused on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. Day to day the person designs server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and data models, builds and optimizes Salesforce loyalty program integrations, and handles testing, debugging, security, and deployment in collaboration with DevOps and front-end teams.
We are looking for a Backend Developer (Loyalty cloud) who can:
collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of web applications.
Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Leverage knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud, with a focus on Loyalty Cloud, to design and implement solutions that support loyalty program capabilities and integrate with back-end systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end systems to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems.
Optimize back-end code and database queries for performance and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in back-end development.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference.
Requirements
Competencies
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role, developing and maintaining server-side logic and databases. Strong understanding of back-end development principles, best practices, and technologies. Experience with programming languages. Familiarity with databases and SQL. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud with a focus on Loyalty Cloud.
Proficiency in back-end programming languages and frameworks. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Knowledge of database design and query optimization. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
